SimStain is a safe alternative to common acid stains.  It contains no hazardous components, yet produces the mottled, variegated look associated with acid stains used in decorative concrete.  No safety equipment is required and no special spiked shoes.  Rubber gloves are worn to prevent the color from staining cuticles and goggles are worn when spraying SimStain.

The greatest advantage SimStain has over  acid stain is that the color is built up with no need to wait for a chemical reaction to take place.  No surprises await when returning to the job site to check on the color development.  Bob never leaves the job site, unless it is for a couple of hours while the SimStain completely dries before the application of the clear sealer.
